Synopsis

In the heart of Melbourne, amidst anticipation of the most auspicious Diwali festival in a hundred years for romance and marriage, Indian patriarch Mahesh Kapoor aka Poppy (aged 60) is embarked on a quest to find suitable Indian husbands for three of his five adult daughters.
Without male children or any grandchildren on the way, this has become his obsession.

Buoyed by the infallible predictions of his astrologer Deepakji, he has meticulously orchestrated meetings between his twenty-something daughters Serena, Roopa, and Nanditha with three potential suitors.
